Lets not mention that riot also decided to balance Cassiopeia ( again ) only around competitive leaving her early and mid game trash tier in solo q bc games are one sided , to nerf elise ( again ) . The rest of the patch is not bad tho , but i cant understand why whats mentioned in the title isn't nerfed . Also Kayn is secret OP and a contested pick in Plat + so it will take 6 months for riot to realize he needs a nerf , alongside with Maokai Rammus and Sejuani . Obviously -25 hp on item 1401 will not miraculously nerf the this tank meta .

Its a tank meta right now. its why darkin Kayn is so fucking good. %maxHP damage is really strong against tanks with a fuckton of hp.

but SA is still better against squishies.

Also his ult functions as a item 3026 when used on tanks, but with better hp recovery.

According to riot brain delay , u have three or four months to hard abuse it before it get a nerf or the meta shift . But in this case its only until preseason where nothing is certain , so u have until pre season , grab that free elo dude
