It's been years now. Either Jarvan's ult is terrain, and Vayne can't tumble through it, or it's not, and she can't stun him into it. And yes, I know that his ult is made of minions, which is why she can make it through. Well, so are Anivia and Trundle's, and she can't pull her shit there. Just as a general policy, a champion ulting should never be actively detrimental to their combo.
