Ranked Team Matchmaking

So, my friend likes to play threes. So when we do play them, we win a game and then lose one. The game we lose is a rofl stomp because Riot decides to give us teams that are in their provisionals with people of higher skill level. The team I'm on is Bronze 1, so I would understand if we faced Bronze players or low silver, but due to the fact that we have to face people in their provisional, and there are plats carrying lower ranked players, my team always ends of facing them. TLDR: Don't have placed teams face provisional teams. Let the provisional teams face provisional, and placed face placed. Or, have the provisional play games with people of their Solo Queue elo.
