[Gameplay] Vel'koz Auto-Attack Animation and Skillshot invulnerability

I was playing a team builder game with a friend, pick Vel'koz mid. Went to lane, started to auto-attack and then my character would freeze in a certain position. Ziggs through his bombs at me and it would occasionally miss as well. The video has everything that seems to be bugged.
