Question Regarding Tristana Changes

How is her passive changing? I saw in the details they mentioned they are changing her attack speed to not scale quite as hard but...her passive involves getting increased attack range as she levels..

Am I the only one a little confused? Is her attack range getting nerfed? If so any idea how much... To me that was what made her special

i believe everything but her e is the same and reduced attack speed

I hope so; I don't think slightly reduced attack speed will hurt her too much.
