Do they want us to build attack speed? or ad ?

Riot removed base % damage on w and it has now ad and ap scaling. Also, increased maximum attack speed limit?

I built bork, guinsoo's rage blade, runan sub items. then damage of my w was 2% of target's maximum hp, but it somehow felt weak to me.

then I realized that w only deals 55% to champions.

so, What should i build? just use w as a range boost and build ad?

Onhit attackspeed items basically since he gets lower AD per auto with W, but you will deal the same dmg with the onhit components like item 3153 [slayer-jinx-catface]

Theres this realy badass kogmaw build i made. I call it lightning kog item 3094 item 3087 item 3031 item 3078 The burst is insane, and your lightnings recharge fast as shit with the 4.5 att speed

You can either build him item 3003 item 3124 item 3116 item 3020 item 3153 like the old days or go true blue beta build and pretend you're initial rework TF with item 3091 item 3085 item 3006 item 3036
