Silver 5 being matched against plats and diamonds please help me.

Hi, My main is silver 5 and I have recently been being matched against plats and diamonds and I know that the match making system forces a 50% win/loss ratio but this is ridiculous my team and I get destroyed and slaughtered all game. I get outraded and out dueled in lane every game because I am not skilled enough to fight a diamond player. I try to focus on cs but I imagine they can see every mistake I make like a hawk.

I need some tips to help me see what I am missing so I can fight diamond players better. How do diamonds play?

I main trynd top lane if that helps. He is by far my best champ and no other champ comes close.

You should be proud of yourself man, instead of playing the victim like most would, you actually seek improvement (not to mention, your situation is worse than most). Maybe some coaching is recommended, or you can use mobalytics.gg
