Just remember I just played Vel'Koz, I had 
and Twitch with his only LS item being 
easily outsustained my ultimate and killed me.

For the same reason they got rid of spell vamp they need to get rid of lifesteal because lifesteal is even MORE problematic than spell vamp ever was. infact spellvamp was only even good on certain champions where as lifesteal is good on literally ANY and EVERY ADC. even just 1 LS item is too good because or range + dmg from crits

If you didn't land your combo(s) on him, then that's what happens.
Burst mages are not made to be in prolonged 1v1's against DPS champs.
