How do people feel about Tahm Kench top?

So, ive played a bit of Tahm Kench top lane recently, mostly because he is exactly my playstyle, but I am a shit tier support. And im really liking him top lane, particularly vs. other melee.

His grey health makes any poke they can a non factor (or close to it), and if anyone actually thinks they can duel or trade you, Q, AA, AA, Q, W will literally win every single fight in the game because there is just nothing the enemy can do to stop it.

He is obviously susceptible to ganks, although his E gives him so much effective health, it is still possible to escape ganks unless they layer like 4 types of CC on you in a row.
