Uptick in Queue Time?

Has anyone else noticed a significant uptick in queue time, or is it just me?

They were doing server maintenance this morning, maybe it's related to that.

This seems to be an effect of two queues for one, and RIot may have made some changes to how matchmaking and dodges compute into the timer. I seem to recall the queue timer restarting after a dodge in a recent patch, while it doesn't appear to be happening anymore, so I am once again seeing how several autofill dodges in a row are truly affecting the queue time (actually taking me longer to get into a game sometimes).
