I of course main mid with zed
, but 70% I will be match up with a AP mid. Don't get me wrong I do play AP mid sometimes, but I just wonder why AD mid is dying out. Is it because AP mid have more burst damage?
AD mid are actually way stronger than normal this season.
BUT all AD team comps still suck. And with a lot of strong jungles / tops being AD, it's important to have an AP mid sometimes. Not to mention also that traditionally it's been an AP mid, so people are just used to those champs.
Because, believe it or not, AD mids are not innately better than AP mids.
ppl just play whatever and I think that's all there is to it.

Because Midlane belonged to AP mages only until riot decided that AD assassins were a thing. I almost miss those days. And seriously ever since AD champs have been introduced in mid they've been cancer to balance out, Talon's proof of that enough.
