Who was your first PENTA with, How did you reacted?
I had my first ever penta with Pantheon after I refund a few champion. After 2 days of playing him top lane I've got my first penta, I reacted with Joy it was a good and memorable moment.

I got a Penta kill on my first account(? think it was my first...) and didn't notice until a few months later, 1 week before Season 4 was wrapping up.
I was playing 
in Aram with a few friends and I got deleted as soon as a team fight started. Since I was dead, I went to get something to eat. It turns out that 's E jumped between their entire team and I had LOTS of magic penetration so they dropped like flies.
I checked my match history on that old account looking for a certain build and then I noticed I got a Penta kill somehow. I asked my friend about it and it turns out my E killed everyone.
My first was with 
In ARAM. I felt awesome cause FREAKING PENTA MAN!!! But my BEST was with 
During a Ranked game.... It was a beautiful dragon pit ambush. Also got one with 
But i was already way fed, so i wasnt surprised.

Mine was with jinx in a normals game, I got it on my stream too
on ARAM. Mostly, I felt confused - I wasn't really trying to get kills, so much as just participate in the fight.
First time I got it was in a normal game in late season 3. I used the blue Ezreal build. I true shot barraged three of the enemy team members and got a triple easily. Then I got the quadra from some guy trying to 1v1 me. Then I caught up to Brand with arcane shift and got a penta. I also had a similar penta in ranked as Ezreal when I ulted the whole enemy team and 
helped me get a penta. I was so happy when I got those, I thought I was such a god lol
in ARAM once. I didn't feel all that proud because it's Yi, he does that. Never gotten a Pentakill since since I tend to play very cautiously so I won't get a penta any time soon.

Hunted each one down one by one. Very satisfying.
After 2-3 horrible games, I was actually getting better with Draven.
I got fed. Really fed.
Took a Quadrakill: "Wow, did not expect it."
Then, I was already TOO fed.
The teamfight lasted a few seconds, the enemies tried to flee as soon as I got close and killed two of them in an istant; I chased every single one of them - even burned the Flash for the fifth one - and annihilated the whole team.
I did not believe it: my first Pentakill after nearly a year of playing, it was not even that hard.
Exactly. The one thing I could not get out of my head was: "Fed Draven truly is frightening..."
(By the way, got my second - and last as of today - Pentakill just a few games later; Draven again.)

on ARAM, my Q+W combo just snuck up on the enemy...and myself as well...my team set up kill after kill, it was like they wanted me to have it...after I smashed the donger into his own tower the announcer barked out: "PENTAKILL" to which I squeed like a schoolgirl...~
My next Penta was on oddly enough, I simply waited for the enemy team to group mid to push, and just ult+
into them, instant penta...I just sat there stunned...I didn't think something so easy to walk or dash out of would net me a penta was honestly just winging it...xD
The most resent one was on the reworked 
, this one was abit expected because I was a monster coming out of top lane, and the enemy team was all squishes, I popped the ADC and supp with 2 Qs each, then started pummeling the 
who hopped on me, my ult got me the last two as their top and jungle got away from my team on low hp. I then instantly recall right as my penta kicked in off my ult, with a smug sense of: "Cool guys don't look at pentas..." look upon my face....my team loved it.
I also helped my friend get a penta on bruiser 
, I have to say, helping others get pentas is slightly more satisfying then getting your own.

Shortly after this rework. I got it multiple times in a bunch of matches. Overall, I was pretty indifferent to it.

My first penta was against IP farming bots in ARAM with garen. That's probably the only penta I'll ever get
It was a first win of the game so it was in a bot game. I got two penta's actually. Aatrox, he was the first champion I got the feeling that I just -had- to have and farmed up for weeks to get him. But in an effort to have fun I put an occult blade on him, and a guinsoo's rageblade. Got two penta's and thought, I truly am the war god. 
Out of a bot match? It was Diana during an ARAM. I was like "Oh wow! My party members are so nice for letting me get the last 2 kills for the penta. ^^"
I ended up losing that match as 44/18. ._. However, it was an amazing feeling. Again, my heart was racin'
My first penta was with pre reworked 
back in s3. I was the only on left alive and all the enemy team was low. Laser and ult exploded them.
3000+ games no penta. I don't think I've had quadra yet either. :(

How did I react?
In the one I was extremely surprised.
You know, game against bots, just thought "whatever" and dove them 1v5; didn't really expect to survive, less so to even kill them all.
But then again, they were the S3 beginner bots, so...
In the one I didn't even notice. We won the fight, I got the last kill, and suddenly everyone in the team was writing "penta!" or "unofficial penta!", or something similar.
The one I barely remember... I only recall that we were defending the inhibitor and that the last one to go down was an AP Taric with some nasty heals, who despite holding on for pretty long still couldn't outheal an ADC's dps 1v1.
If it counts one time my team got pentakilled by minions, and it was the most hilarious of this list.
It was a difficult game, we won a crucial teamfight acing them without losing anyone... we were sure we won, so we rushed the enemy nexus to end it.
Next thing we know, the enemy minions were killing us all and destroyed OUR nexus. XD

Have a few. First one was with Ezreal but didnt know pentas were cool back then.
like 4 times in a row before I got any other pentas.
I actually didn't get it with my ult. We were sieging their mid inhib tower and for some reason they tried to engage on us even though one of their team members (Xin) was down bot clearing the wave so we couldn't split push and win. I got the quadra pretty fast and I didn't even realize it until their Xin came up (the announcer was delayed I guess?) and tried to 1v5 dive us and I got the penta then.
, we had pretty much already won the game and were chasing them down into base. Nabbed the last one as he ran to fountain. I ran out of my room to call my older brother a little bitch for not having gotten a penta before me.
So I had a two unoffical pentakills with

Fiora after rework, i was trying her in custom games and got some pentas there, then i decided to move to normal games and got my first Legit penta.. 2 ez

I was so ridiculously happy on so many levels. It was absolutely wonderful. I was screaming in the Skype call and blasting metal and it was glorious.
not really a surprise and it happened ove rthe course of about five seconds so it was really fast. the rush was awesome though!

Yi, was really happy, because it took me several years to actually get it. I just got my 2nd penta yesterday playing AP nasus in 1 for all mode.
