I don’t care if they’re meta, I just want a fun top laner. I prefer melee champions, also mana isn’t really my thing. I’ve already grown quite tired of my usual Darius. I f you mention a champion, please explain your choice! Edit: I like to have CC, tankiness, and still be able to deal damage. I also want an unpopular champion, I like to be unique.

Masochists who enjoy being destroyed at random by junglers who have decided they want to take your lunch money away instead of helping important lanes or taking dragon, and sadists who get their rocks off simply by making life as miserable as possible for the enemy top laner. Thus I recommend

thecowley1 votesMy typical top laners are trundle yorick and nasus.
Trundle is a fantastic 1v1 against other top man tanks and juggernauts. Post 6 you can even do a smart 2v1 with their jungler tries to gank while enemy top laner isn't at max health. Late game you only need trinity and either bork or deaths dance for damage, and then build tank according to who is carrying and dangerous on enemy comp. E is both a good engage and disengage tool.
Yorick is another great 1v1 er and split push king. I usually only build triforce on him then tank itema, as your ghouls and the maiden scale off your health stats. If you gain a lead in lane, build damage and wreck shop.
Nasus....stack baby stack. Nuff said.
I recently bought Camille after trying her on free rotation..not much to say only played her a handful of times but her e is hella fun

He does a lot more damage than people expect early game. Taunt through them, use Q through them, pound away at them inside your W for free half-hp harass.

Ornn is fun af. He is tanky, deals a lot of damage with W and basic attack and he has a lot of CC. Perfect champ for you. He also has sustain with his passive (buy on lanes)
