Let's talk about AD Hecarim
Is he balanced at all?
I've played 2-3 games against Hecarim these days and people are going full AD/MS and just 1shot. I tried it too and ended with 22 kills (also trying to 1v5, tower diving their fountain and still getting the kill). I can't see how is this allowed. Rengar has more counterplay than someone who runs at you with 800 ms.
