Suggestion about the state of the Adcs right now
Can we maybe buff sivir ashe twitch kogmaw (and some others) just so we can get a lane without a lucian and miss fortune for once? i mean, its not about them being op its just BORING.

Sivir is mostly fine. She has really strong wave clear, moderate damage, and a ton of self peel.
Ashe needs some major changes to her kit. Right now Riot gave her a lot of utility but she just doesn't have anything outside of that. Her W only has an 80 base damage, her Q doesn't feel that great to use, and her auto animations feel super clunky.
Twitch needs a lot of work done to him. He's like what the old Graves was, just a worse version of Lucian. Twitch is like a worse version of Vayne. They're both true damage ADCs who scale extremely well but Vayne does all of that and more significantly better. He needs a new identity basically.
And Kog'Maw is having work done on him. I think Kog'maw is stronger than a lot of people credit him for if he has a team built around him but he's horrific in solo queue.
Also I'm pretty sure most lanes are Ezreal and Lucian. Both of which have well over 30% playrates I believe. Not Lucian and Miss Fortune.
