What happened to the Quinn changes on the PBE? They were on and off pretty much the whole cycle, and while I didn't like the Tag Team/Skystrike changes (Which were stated to be an accident), I was getting really hyped for the range buff. What was it about the range changes that didn't end up working out?
EDIT: It appears that the range/MS changes are back up on the PBE. Maybe they are changes for next season
Trotongo2 votesShe just needs some QOL changes on passive and e to be good, but now with the new adc coming out I believe she will be forgotten even more, and it's sad because she's extremely fun to play, my favorite adc by far.

Anonagon1 votesThe range buff was not the buff she needed. Short range is part of her identity. She needs AA animation cleanups before anything else.
I actually miss the Q and R changes. The R change looked really cool and I would have liked to have played it on PBE.
