Jungler item suggestions

I don't know what to do about Cinderhulk right off the bat. But I've got some ideas on the other items.

item 3711 Poacher's Knife - Adds a feral flare/spirit of the elder lizard ward mechanic, but the cooldown gets reduced or max storage goes up (to a cap) whenever you smite an enemy minion. Also slightly increases neutral buff duration from all camps.

Reasoning - The problem with counterjungling is that it's just really risky unless you can spend the money on vision control. With more wards, you can buy the red trinket without sacrificing the ability to ward a bunch without having to spend all your money. The neutral buff duration lets you keep the raptor buff longer to really ensure you've got the control.

item 3715 Skirmisher's Sabre - Decrease the initial damage from the smite, remove the true damage on hit. Challenging smite now causes the target to take a percentage of all allied damage dealt to them as bonus true damage. Retains the % damage reduction against the user of challenging smite.

Reasoning - I think the item as it is is pretty good, but it's just a strange buy. Buy it on duelists and people will disengage from you. Duelists can duel on their own and would rather have chilling smite for sticking power. Tanks might want to buy this item if they have sticking power and lack damage, but often it's just better to get the Ranger's Trailblazer to improve the tank problem of early clear before cinderhulk. Also, each of the smites are pretty bad late game, but I think challenging has the potential to be very good late game. Note how you can smite baron or dragon and have your entire team do a lot of extra damage to it for a quicker clear, but you need to make sure the enemy won't smite it. It will help teammates take buffs faster if you're letting them have it.

item 3706 Stalker's Blade - Also increases allied champion movement speed if they are moving toward your target. This movement speed bonus decreases for each ally benefitting from it.

Reasoning - this is just a neat idea to make stalker's blade a bit more appealing. It really isn't as good as it used to be, and stealing movement speed can often mean the jungler is ahead and fighting alone while the junglers ally is still trying to catch up.

item 3713 Ranger's Trailblazer - Allows a 3rd charge of smite.

Reasoning - I think trailblazer is in a pretty good spot right now, but if you had to buff it to bring it in line with the other's new changes if they take effect, I think it would be allowing it a 3rd charge of smite.

Warrior and Devourer are in good spots and fill in niches that they need for the champs that want to buy them. Cinderhulk is pretty powerful and probably needs some nerfs, but I just don't know what they might be other than numbers tweaking.

item 3708 item 3716 item 3720 item 3724 Magus - Less AP, 50% mana regen, and now restores mana based on missing mana whenever you kill a large monster or kill or assist in the kill of an enemy champion. More mana is restored for killing champions, and about equal mana is restored for assisting or killing monsters.

Reasoning - Magus could be better though. I really think it should be the one-stop shop for AP caster junglers, who often need to either buy a mana regeneration item or just constantly have blue buff.

So 1. Of all i dont know why you want to buff all smites. Poachers okay, but the rest is completely viable and doesnt need to be buffed. And honestly your "buffs" are pretty bad aswell, esp skirmishers
