made zilean bombs self castable (alt+e)

It would be really cool if you could self cast zilean bombs using alt + e. Now that his bombs are a skillshot, you need to throw it on yourself, which can be hard to do since allies and minions can also pick it up.

I'm trying to make plays with mark/dash in ARAM with the aoe stun and it is very difficult to pull off.
