Jayce bot lane carry?

I understand that Jayce is NOT and ADC. His late game damage is much lower than a dedicated ADC but he does have a lot to offer. First, in lane, Jayce is an all in nightmare for other adc champs. He should be able to get an early lead if he has an aggressive support. Second, I feel jayce is particularly well suited for an early game team that just wants to take a bunch of objectives early and win the game (great siege and dive potential for his team). He spikes much earlier than your typical ADC and gives team utility that adds to that spike. In many ways hes like Sivir - except instead of spiking late he spikes early and has much better sniping. With games ending so early most of the time I think it just makes sense. I've done it a few times now and both times it resulted in Jayce dominating the bot. Anyone else feel these same about this?
