High elo folks. When you smurf and dominate is it okay to give up a little farm. I usually aim for like 150 cs at 20 min and 300 cs by 35 min. But sometimes I have to run around and kill and stuff and dont have time to cs

I dont think you really want to worry about "smurf" strategies if you're not a smurf, as its more to do with a deeper level of understanding of the game than your opponents than it is any one "strategy". Farming is mostly really important for a laner to get down early because its the safer and more reliable income against people of similar skill level to yourself. Where as someone significantly better than their opponents could just kill their laner, then run to other lanes and kill them to. But thats not the only strategy for winning games in lower elos since you could also go a scaling farm champ, wait till late game since lower elos never close out games before mid game+, then 1v5.

If i'm smurfing, im hoping the game is over before it hits 35 minutes.

He may be ban evading from that account, but that is him. He was boosted to plat 5 last season and loved to give advice as a "high elo player", he is kind of a funny guy. He has been on a few accounts recently again posting similar type threads, I wouldn't have recognized him if he didn't bring up the car accident I was in.

When smurfing, its different in each elo. I actually kept notes for each elo of what to do when I smurf. Ill give them to you if youre interested.
Bronze-Gold: Farm and win lane. Camp the enemy jungler, steal enemy jungler camps.
Gold-Diamond: Farm and harass the enemy laner till youre level 4. Once level 4 keep harassing, push lane, roam mid. Save teleport for bot lane, never teleport top lane unless its about to be taken or there is 2 waves of minions under your tower.
Diamond+: Setup ganks for your jungler for top lane. Win lane bot lane win game. Save teleport for bot lane. Try to gank bot lane at least every 6-8 minutes. Roam mid only if enemy mid laner is too aggressive, has no escape (zed, fizz, are examples of who not to gank), or if your enemy top laner freezes wave under his tower.
