Riot, Can we have a surrender option available at all time during the game when someone decides to ezreal ADC?

Brotha2 votesFun fact they implemented that ages ago! You just have to hit the little X in the top right corner before the timer finishes counting down. In fact, it works all any pick you do not like! And at a fraction of the LP loss, why you'd be silly NOT to click it!
