Muh elo hell thread: With a twist.

You've read it all before. The old forum was completely covered in "BUT I'M GOOD WHY AM I IN BRONZE?"

I got completely destroyed in my placement games due to actual ragers and leavers in most of my games. I remained positive and tried to carry. Didn't matter. Bronze 3. Fine. Whatever, I'll just work my way back up, right? If I belong higher I'll make it there....

So for kicks one of my friends who never played ranked started his placement games. I was like "Hey bro! Lets have fun! I'll help you in your placements!" We have so much fun playing together. This guy is my best friend, Every game we play is super positive, a blast, and we won every game we played together. His first season ever he placed gold final score 9/1. Isn't that awesome? I can't say I'm not jealous, but I'm really happy for my friend.

Only...There's a problem. I placed in Bronze, and through all the games against players much higher than bronze, I consistently did extremely well. We had great teamwork!....We can no longer play together. I am no longer allowed to play with my best friend, because i helped him through his placement matches. I honestly hate you, Riot. I hate you for this. I'll play normals with him, obviously....but it'll feel really hollow.
