It honestly sucks playing anything but ADC right now because you can't one shot anyone anymore due to Ardent Censor/Mikaels/Redemption and Windspeakers Blessing giving support players +40% healing and shielding power. It's fucking aggravating, I can be fed as fuck as Talon mid, doesn't matter because as soon as I drop Xayah to 20 health, Soraka Presses R from across the map and she instantly gets 700 health, on top of bonus Armor and MR.

i dont know exactly how they will be addressing this...
so with worlds and the new runes coming out and balancing champs base stats and the old masteries going away i doubt the items you are wishing to be gutted will be touched right now.
