i win a game, i get like 13-17 lp, i lose one i lose 20lp.... riot wth?

That typically means you are placed higher than you should be. However take into account other players.... But for the most part its not wrong.
Low mmr, just keep winning and you will get more and more lp for each win while losing less for each loss
It means the system thinks you're placed higher than what you should be and is trying to bring you down. You have to win more to fix it
well so far today i've played a few games, and lost most of them do to people feeding or just not understanding how the game/champions work...i could be doing great, then the team feeds a graves jungle, and he pops up one shots me and gg....idk maybe just a lot of idiots on today or something....
