Why is riot adding so much rng ???

This game is one the most competitive games and is designed to be. But you guys keep adding bullshit like W or FUCKING KLEPTOMANCY.

Im not complaining that either of those are broken, but adding RNG undermines skill in the game. Like klepto where someone can get 300 gold right off the bat from bags, or Zoe's w where while fighting her, she just randomly picks up a . this is literally adding the most noncompetitive element into the game

RNG by itself does not undermine skill. Having RNG as a major component of the game allows the worse player to come out on top and is something people who worry about RNG focus on.

RNG as a minor part of the game changes the flow of the game, rather than deciding it, and forces players to adapt. Adapting on the go is a major skill in League, so mechanics that force you to adapt are actually great for the game.

Perhaps Zoe's W needs to be a little more telegraphed, but the basic idea of it is just fine.
