Bramble Vest is not a good idea
It will hurt champions like Darius,Warwick, Xin Zhao and Nasus so much... Thornmail being able to reduce heal is fine, but allowing tanks to rush healing reduction so fast will be unhealthy

but adc's being able to rush it is fine? Its a whole 100 g more than executioners calling...and you're complaining about it? lol ok.
Note that you're spending 900g for 35 armor, 25 magic damage and grevious wounds. Unless you're already winning the match up the lane shouldn't really go in your favor too hard. The grevious wounds only last for a second so for casters like Darius and Illaoi, they can time their abilities between auto attacks to get healing. The rest will get it bad I suppose. Still gotta see if a 900g purchase early will help that much.
