So how do we report people now

Since the latest patch, not sure if anyone else experienced it but started getting the good old Ziggs saying "crash report : send / dont send" after the game ends and we're supposed to get to the post-game screen. So, just wondering, since Riot Support Ticket does absolutely nothing when it comes to reporting people, how do i report them considering it gets me off the client in no time?
