Question about Vayne/Veigar bot lane

I know that Veigar's wall isn't considered terrain and won't proc the stun from condemn, but it will proc Veigar's stun and stop the knockback, effectively functioning.

That said, are they decent lane partners? I want to try this combination, and would like to know about what kind of support Vayne works well with.

Nami is the best support for Vayne according to this one diamond something Vayne main. He has a bunch of helpful videos that helps me in the laning phase, not just playing Vayne.

Veigar can't peel very well, he has his stun yea but one that's down or flashed over he's pretty useless.
