I never actually payed close attention to detail to the 3d models of the champs until I discovered lolking and took a look at the champions. I eventually got to Veigar and his hand just makes me think, "Is he okay? Is he high or something? Stop moving your hands you small bundle of evil energy you!"

Sinful Sorcerer2 votesSeveral years of intense torture in a dark cold Noxian prison, far away from home does that to you. It leaves its marks, both on your body and your mind. Veigar has gone rather insane. I believe his dialougue, as well as his animations, help emphasize that.
