As a support enthusiast, I would like there to be games where I hit full build.

Perhaps there is an elo where this happens, but I am not in it. As far as I can tell, it doesn't get better the higher you go, either. Even professional supports don't hit full build.

That being said, lowering the price of support items is not the answer. That would be an unnecessary buff to both supports, and by proxy, ADCs. I would simply like games to occasionally last long enough to result in everyone hitting peak power.

I'm not exactly sure how to accomplish this, either, but maybe we can think up solutions in the comments.

i agree not enough games really last as long as id like.

there are lots of ways to make games last longer. more durable towers, weaker dragon buffs, less bounty gold, lower jungler impact, make baron spawn later, less damage overall, etc

all of these could be bad if not executed thoughtfully however

There is such elo. It's called Bronze and Silver. Proably even Gold but I have to yet try. Supports get enought gold, Coin gives maybe even too much

Im silver, whenever i play support i always get to full build first, even with a sightstone-combined item.

The point of support is functioning typically in a higher capacity on less than the other roles. Additionally most of my games i'm 5/6 items built with those occasionally 6/6 games. There are also those fast snowball games where no one has hit 6th item other than one or two well fed players.

I notice you play mostly tank supports on the account you're posting from. Usually they end up on the lower end of the gold curve than utility and AP supports.
