I played a game as yasuo and went full cdr - 40% thats like a black cleaver a ghost blade and an iceborn gauntlet (which is what I had)
40% cdr lvl 18 - I had 1.88 cooldown on my q as yasuo
but... I played another game built no cdr except runes so 9% cdr, I built normal yas stuff, shiv and such I got lvl 16 AND I HAVE 1.33 CD ON Q
WTF is CDR for!? LOL :P
