Oh man. This game is soo good. Like. It took me over a year to get into it after friends trying to get me to learn the game and I finally found 2 champions that I loved.

INSTANT HOOKED!!!!

I played these 2 champs nonstop since season 3 until one of them was reworked. Shame but i still had my other champ. She was nerfed and changed but still always kept most of her original essence. I could never quit.

Too Much Fun!!!

Then finally they reworked the last champion I liked. BUT ITS OK!

I don't need to play the game to remember how great it was when i had my champions that i used to like to play; Because I literally DREAM about the game before the reworks that completely changed my favorite champions.

SO League is still the best because in my dreams my champions have not been changed beyond all recognition.

Yeah, ya know, you get all these people whining, "oh this is the worst state League's ever been in, ;^; I'm gonna quit." Or, "I literally only play one champion and you changed him so now I'm not unique and special in liking this unpopular pick and I'm quitting."

But.... It's still one of the best games ever created. Even after 7 years, I'm still having fun. I look forward to reworks even for champions I like in their current state. And the sheer amount of time I've been playing is a testament to how much I like the game.

It's sad because I DON'T feel your pain. I loved old Eve. She was my second highest mastery champ for the longest time, but after they reworked her, I didn't enjoy playing her as much. Not gonna deny that permastealth level 1 was pretty insane though. I liked old Galio. Didn't play him much, but if you ulted properly you'd do insane damage. Not gonna deny that his fighting style was so binary that you were either fed or completely and utterly useless. I thought old Warwick was cool. He had so much sustain that you rarely needed to back while jungling, and his blink surpress was too useful. If he flashed in, he could surpress you from a lane away and there was nothing you could do to stop him. This and the fact that he is an AD champ that likes being in your face made him either too strong or too weak if you were behind. Completely binary. LOVE the new warwick.

I actually started playing this game a bit later than you but I'm mastery 5 on 21 champs, and mastery 4 on 21 champs.

I get that the idea of branching out and trying new champs is scary because you'll start out bad, but it's partially your fault if you hard stuck to certain champions so hard that them being changed literally ruined the game for you.

If you honestly cannot find a champion you're good at, it might actually be that you're bad at the game as a whole.

They're nailing interesting and dynamic playstyles.
