Champions i enjoy and love to play get nerfed

I just saw some PBE changes and i was excited to see Lissandra finally get her new passive .... However i then see furtehr changes

Ring of Frost (W)

Damage lowered from 70/110/150/190/230 to 60/90/120/150/180
AP lowered from 40% to 30%

Frozen Tomb (R) damage AP ratio lowered from 70% to 60%

.... i know she got a new passive which meant extra damage but that passive will mainly be useful for bot lane roams in the early game and skirmishes/team fights in mid to late game ....... its like shes becoming a mid lane support which i dont like the idea of ....i feel like as a queen she herself should be a threat .... right now her damage is fine considering her CC ... i can understand an ult nerf for team fights since her passive would be strong there but the W nerf seems too much...

Im kinda annoyed because the moment the champs i love to play... they get nerfed or changed to something i dont enjoy because they start seeing play (kalista azir ryze LB (although LB is considered strong i enjoyed the rework more so im upset about the revert but i do understand it) ANyways while the champs i enjoy get nerfed the moment they see play what i get annoyed about is the champions such as irelia akali jax remain untouched or barely receive the required changes ............. Im worried if Xerath also sees play he will get nerfed .....
