Shyvana gets a special passive for Howling Abyss and Twisted Treeline

Why, then, does Talon have to play Howling Abyss with only three abilities, having an E ability that is virtually useless, there being exactly 4 (four!) walls he can move over and a bunch of turrets, all of those only corners, meaning that they are only mediocre for Talon, as he prefers being fully out of vision. Right now, Talon has only 3 abilities in ARAM. Why is that not okay, while Shyvana not having a passive is absolutely out of the question? (let's be real, there are dozens of champions out there without a passive cough old talon cough)

They should make talon's E work on Howling Abyss, I would love to see him vault the bridge to his death

Yeah true, guess Shyvana got lucky because of they were working on it anyway. But really they're not going to adapt everyone who is weak in one of those game modes. I mean Eve loses her main strength in ARAM too, can't really use her important stealth advantage when your only option is to run straight at the enemy in a lane that is basically same size as her detection radius. Or Ivern's passive. There are a number of champs who have abilities that are somewhat useless, shrug. Like I said, guess Shyv just got lucky.

I'd be a nice buff for talon if he could use his E to wall run on the map-borders. It's not like wall-running isn't something he already does, he just for some reason can't do it on the 'border walls' of each map And a small cdr buff in early ranks for TT and maybe even Crystal Scar would be nice aswell, as those maps are way smaller and more fast-paced than SR.
