I'm thinking about giving league another shot next season. I have only played 2 games within almost 3 months now. I've moved onto to playing fighting games like dragon Ball fighterz and street fighter. Is this game any better than when I left?
very little strategy, just who can do the most damage in the shortest amount of time
Do you like getting nuked for a third of your HP by a single basic ability after dodging dozens?
Do you like being a meta-slave or sacrificing a significant chance of pulling out a victory from a grueling lopsided match?
Do you like having little to no overall agency over the game while ahead unless each of your allies is in a stable position as well?
If you answered no to any of these then stay away, what League has devolved into is not worth wasting your time on.

My answer? Wait for season 9 since Riot already acknowledged all these problems (and other i'm sure i missed to mention). Right now, all this are making League an unfair game and frustrating. Even normals are frustrating.
