And blame everyone why hes behind because of his own afk

oSEXYPLATYPUSo1 votesno its bout right ... if they just have a poor connection issue at 1st and legit come back its not long enough into game they are so far behind they are at a complete disadvantage and its not too soon not to give that person a chance to come back... also it disables if you give 1st blood or 1st turret with in that 3 mins window. and jsut cuz someone is dc or not in game at the start of the game dont make them a troll
