[Feature]: Allow us to see who we are ignoring in lobby

it would be usefull to see if we are currently ignoring someone in the lobby, this way we will have an option to un-mute him for the duration of the game and be able to communicate for bans/picks. You should add an icon/button to let us know and clicking it will toggle it off for one single game.
