Certificate Error After 4.20

Hello,

After patch 4.20 I'm being unable to login since certificate issue, I have followed the advice to disable certificates and rebooted, then I have installed DigiCert certificates and rebooted my sys, when I test my browser they are accessible. However each time i try to login im unable to due to certificate problem. The link I provided is not reachable due to error 523. Here is the error description in the case you can open it as here it is not working at all. The server looks to be down as also my tracert fails to reach this location.
