Can we nerf Riven and Vayne now?

They are really anti-fun to play against and they are both so retarded in lane. Riven having so many tools to kill/cheese and engage/disengage also her shields is really retarded early with such low CD's that really makes u tilt because shes rewarded to just mash her keyboards and they call it skill. I don't mind if she can do that in late game but shes just as retarded in the early game so she really dosnt have a weakness in high level play(diamond 3 above). So to fix this we need to nerf her shields really hard and also nerf her early game damage if shes a late game champion with 4 dashes.

Vayne makes me tilt, just looking at her makes me tilt of how retarded this champion can be. currently she wins early game and snowball out of control its like season 3 all over again were her counters get nerfed and then she ryzes to ruin ur games. if u want to keep her non-sense dueling potential and her tools to peel herself, then we need to nerf either her W passive so hard or making her range from 550(which is the average range for an ADC) to 500 so she can lose the early game harder since shes a hyper carry.

these two champions is a nightmare for a melee champion they have so many tools and little to counter, they can own u early on and snowball out of control.
