anivia is in need of some serious buffs

Lmao I can't tell if you're joking or not.

I play tons of Anivia and I think she's in a great place right now, a lot better than most immobile mages. Yes her movespeed is low but her damage is crazy, she has super strong cc, unparalleled zone control, not to mention one of the best passives in the game.

Imo the only thing about Rito needs to buff is her ugly splash art :(

*Best early game passives. And even then sometimes you won't be able to come back. Late game 9/10 your egg won't survive half as long as you did while alive.

Considering that her E can take 1/3 your health and that she can put a wall up to stop pursuit or escape, I have to say no.
