premades vs solo queue

It seems like whenever I play normals I am matched against 3 or 4 in premade, while my team is all solo queue. Is it too much to ask for balanced teams? It is not fun when people on mics bully you because they tell each other what they are planning to do. It kills the game a and isn't balanced at all.

eh, I would rather riot just make the teams fair. I wouldn't mind waiting another minute or two in queue for a non-premade team to come up. It's like, I can't play aram anymore because i have to play ranked? :(
