Dealing with bad people in games.

What are you supposed to do? Ive tried to give them constructive criticism, suggesting things for them to do in a polite manner, Ive tried everything. its so unbelievably frustrating to play ranked when people are so bad. You can say, "hey you're in their division too so you're obviously bad, and to a point that's correct but when a player who is 1/10/3 decides to continually fight against a fed team even though you say, "hey theyre fed, dont fight" and flashes in as udyr only to die. What can i do to climb?

You are not supposed to do anything. They should and will learn from their own mistakes

improve your MMR. stop stressing over a game.

i'm in the bronze5 locker with 0LP, the teams are so bad i forgot how to play. i can assure you don't have it that bad.

I subscribe to Dick Sucking Theory (DST). Basically any time they, or someone else on my team, makes any kind of relatively good play, I conpliment them on it.

This boosts confidence and team morale. It also makes them more forgiving if you make a mistake, as well as slowing down or stopping rage on your team.

Many bad players in your own division were likely not carried there or anything like that. They probably belong there and might be having a bad game / tilted. I've done this for almost every ranked (though I do it in normals too) amd often I get friend requests and apologies after the game about their performance / behavior at the start of the game.
