If you were the one that dc'd then yes.

You won't get demoted (or lose LP or MMR) if you're not flagged as a leaver/afk.

It's important to keep trying to play even if someone is DC'd as a result, since sometimes people see the DC and just afk at fountain until remake is available, and then get penalised as well.
