Sorcerer's shoes should honestly deleted of the game.
-They are so powerfull they are a must have on ap champs, so ap users cant adapt boots to enemy team. -Its more worth take boots early game due ap pen than ap

Then nerf every champs mr by 15 and we are fair.
Must have on every ap? I see tabis and mercs more often.
The boots are fine, problem is the only other pure magic pen item is 
unlike AD items when there are like 6 armor pen/ armor shred items. Make more AP items and buff them !!!

i think the real issue here is that cass cant buy boots. PERIOD.
You think they're bad because the people who buy them can't adapt defensively to the enemy team.
That sounds like a healthy tradeoff to me.
