i saw that when putting points into evelynns E it says the base % attack damage increases? but it does magic damage so why is it attack damage? or does part of her E deal attack damage and why does it say %???? someone answer this please
(i forgot to say i saw this on pbe) and when i saw this i decided to biuld all ad on her to see if i see any changes and i saw no changes she just did less damage because i had no ap lel
Her E's base damage is dependent on her base AD. It deals magic damage and can increase if you build AP but this way it scales up the base more with every point in her E.
There are some other spells that also do similar things though I'm failing to think of them at the moment because my mind is fried.

I think the question you SHOULD be asking is, why the fuck is an ability meant to gapclose only usable when you're right on top of somebody?
E is one point trash ability, you should be alternating points between Q and W so Q, W, E ,Q W, Q, W
