I honestly just think they should buff her Q that shit has 80 base damage at MAX level!!!
It feels super weak atleast have it at 120 or 140. But that's just my opinion.

Here's a question, when hasn't she needed a rework? When has she ever felt fun or fair to play against?
Evelynn is actually doing really well right and she has been for a while without people complaining. Buffing her would be a bad idea because she would go out of control, I do agree that her Q could probably use a heal on jungle camps or even increased damage on them but her Q was a problem a while back ago which is why it got nerfed. Also evelynn needs a larger scope rework because her kit make no sense and is pretty much everywhere, her main issue her perma stealth.
she will get one Q1 of next year according to riot. lets just hope its not a disaster.
She was buffed by the pre season patch.
Its been said a few times by various rioters, but she will definitely be receiving a full Visual and Gameplay Update (Sion, Yorck). It is why she was not updated at all during the assassin sweep.
