Why eve is avoiding nerfs?

For the past _year _ shes been top 10 tier jungle but at least 10 months worth of that time she spent being top 3 or top 5 jungler... astoundedly she also has the highest ban rate of a jungler being at 33% which is 1 ban in at least 1 out of 3 games

She has a very high pick and kill potential due to her perma stealth, inbuilt void staff with W on top buying the item itself shes close to dealing true damage on top of her %Damage E which apples on hits such as lichbane and high damage execute

Im not asking for major nerfs but surely simplistic nerfs such as If youre able to dodge Q then the auto targetting Qs shouldnt proc charm or she shouldnt even get auto targetting Qs when usingQ on nothing or even just a small movement speed nerf so she realies more on stealthy ganks rather than running up to people and pressing W

but thats my opinion on eve but im mainly making this post as to why shes avoiding even the slighest nerf?

We need to nerf syndra, she is in the top 145 champions in the game

Because you're looking at op.gg, which is literally just plat+ Korea and is honestly shit.

League of Graphs, a far superior site, has her at a 50.5% winrate and 6.1% pickrate, both far lower than op.gg seems to think she is.

I use u.gg myself, and yeah, she sits around 49 to 51% win rate all elos that are measurable, so seems balanced to me.

i did a check on that website and herbanrate is still quite high being most banned in jungle and top 10 for overall ... i feel like the banrate is affecting other stats and i do say a slight nerf like i suggested is still needed but not major because she is an assasin and should be able to kill

Unfortunately for your argument, banrate is not really used as a balancing statistic, otherwise Yasuo would still be getting nerfed to this day.
