Honor rewards decreased significantly

When I was honor 2/start of 3 the rewards were amazing, I would get a lot of key fragments often although little to none capsules. I've been honor 3 for quite a while, recently hit 4 and during this time I barely got any rewards. Only getting 1 key fragment now where previously I would get up to 4! Capsules hardly happen too, i think i got 3 total since the beginning. anyone else having the same? You'd expect higher levels would give more and not less

Rewards are the same. There's a limit to how many key drops you can get in a set amount of time (capsules replace a key drop) and the amount you can get resets every so often. You probably honor leveled up when you were mostly through your key rewards.
