Twisted Fate ADC thoughts and feedbacks please

So i use to do a nice beautiful thing called Twisted fate ADC where i put him in the bot lane to farm and scale off AD and on-hit instead of AP, it seems rather useful in a bulky team fights where there not a lot of aggressive dive plays going on, I have put my feet into playing him once more, and experiment with Lethal Tempo, being the fact that rageblade with that is strong, however i found that i cant survive long enough or deal long enough damage to provide it, so i took an alternative path, which lead me to Fleet Footwork, found it nice combine with the set of early sustain and with a nice movement speed going with it seems nice overall, however i did think about if i should take a different rune, and figure out what would the play style be, i was hoping within the community that i can find others who thinks outside the box and help me with ideas on him. here is what i build for him and the runes below

item 1055 item 2003 >>>item 3153 item 3085 item 3124 item 3006 item 3022item 3026

Runes: Fleet Footwork, Triumph, Bloodline, Coup de Grace, Gathering Storm, and Celerity.

I did thought about these items item 3146 item 3812 item 3095 item 3094, some can be situational and some could be overlooked, i wish someone can have a clear thought about these and other items that can be a good idea for TF adc. you guys are awesome, have a nice night

I've seen a few TF bot lanes in the past that had some rather niche builds similar to what you have as your setup. Haven't seen it much in Season 8 so I can take some confidence in items like Stormrazor.

Alternatives I've seen for DPS purposes over item 3085 have included item 3115 for just a hint of magic item 3091 for suitable tank based purposes - similar to Kog with a supportive carry standard.
item 3057 or any completion of it is also an option if you become a yellow card bursty boy.

Just try some things out if the opponent window presents itself.
