This is pretty small and I never see in the boards and I think her W doesn't make her untargetable and I think it should.

If it does she gets stunned by skill shots mid air which doesn't make sense

I disagree, and this is coming from a Trist main. I do think that non-displacement CC should affect her after she lands, displacement CC (from Blitzcrank's grab to Lee Sin's kick) should be able to affect her in mid-air, and she shouldn't be able to become Airborne from an ability (like Malphite's Ult or Yasuo's Q's tornado). I don't think she should be untargetable, though. This is an ability that resets its own cooldown on kills and assists (and full E charges on enemy champs, but that really never happens unless you're lucky), and making her essentially unaffected by CC while snowballing on the enemy team would make her unhealthy.

I don't think they should make it untargetable but I do feel like they should change the animation. The ability's name is Rocket Jump and in the animation she jumps in the air over a champions height making it seem like she should be untargetable but she isn't. Which makes it very annoying to get hit by an ability midair
